Introduction weekends and intensive professional training program given by Yves Delattre and / or Giovanni Baccarani, both instructors of the International School of Watsu. Watsu (Water Shiatsu) is an aquatic bodywork modality developed in 1980 in Harbin Hot Springs (California); it combines gentle stretches, massage and mobilization of the spine and joints.

The workshops are open to all and take place in a very nice private pool whose water heated at 34°C contains very little chlorine. Floating in warm water promotes circulation of fluids and energy, in addition to helping alleviate many tensions on physical, psychological or emotional levels, increase self-awareness, confidence and trust in oneself and one another, inside and outside of the water.
